John Turner, a California native, established Thumbs Up Farm with Jack Hammond in 1986. A veteran of the show ring for over 35 years,
John uses his expertise to train riders and horses to numerous hunter and jumper championships in the WSHJA, Zone 9, qualifying for USA finals and
Northwest Region World Championship Hunter Rider Awards over the years. John is currently on the USHJA Junior Hunter Task Force and is a member on
the USHJA Zone 9. John's successful clinics are educational and entertaining. John has an uncanny ability to match horses and riders and his affable
personality and no-nonsense approach to teaching account for the continued success of his clients.

Canadian born Jack Hammond puts his 38 years of riding hunters and jumpers to good use. A Northwest Region World Hunter Rider
Professional legend, Jack has won Championships in 1996, 1997, 1999, 2000, 2002, 2003 and 2006. He has successfully ridden both hunters and jumpers to
numerous championships in the WSHJA, Zone 9 and USA National finals. Training and showing young horses is Jack's specialty, his patience and horsemanship
are unparalleled and are proven by his track record in developing young horses into champions. Jack received the Sportsmanship Award from the World
Champion Hunter Rider Program at the Capital Challenge Horse Show in 2007.

Keri Bailey, assistant trainer, has been with Thumbs Up Farm since 1987. Keri teaches, manages the daily care of the horses and horse
shows. With more than 25 years of experience, Keri has started many beginners on their way to successful show careers.

Quinn Partridge, assistant trainer. We are proud to announce the addition of Quinn as a trainer to the the Thumbs Up team. Quinn's success
in the hunter, jumper, and equitation arenas has spanned over 15 years. She has qualified for both the East and West Coast Finals. She is a winner of
the AHSA West Coast Medal Finals and placed in the top 8 of the the USET West Coast Finals.
